TMRP is a unique pension plan financed by and operated for union members. Funded solely by tax-deferred member contributions and overseen exclusively by union trustees, it is not an employer-funded plan, and therefore, the employer has no liability and no say in how the plan operates. Union members vote on contribution levels and trustees determine benefit levels. The plan is operated and administered by the PPPWU trustees listed below.
